Behold the spectacle of the levitating guru: a motivational coach so “enlightened” that he’s literally risen above the stage.
In this surreal seminar scene, our guru sits cross-legged a few feet off the ground, held aloft seemingly by sheer self-confidence (and maybe some invisible wires of hype).
The crowd of hopeful entrepreneurs gazes up, hanging on every word as he proclaims mystical business wisdom: “Transcend your limits! Manifest millions with your mind!” It’s wisdom meets nonsense at ten thousand feet.
Attendees applaud, eager to believe they too might defy gravity (or at least failure) if they buy what he’s selling. The air is thick with incense and incredulity. And while the guru floats on optimism and buzzwords, something else is lifted too – the cash from his followers’ wallets.
In a world of levitating coaches, it’s amazing how high bad advice can soar when buoyed by enough hot air and a paying audience.
